What is the purpose of this site?

The purpose of this site is to sign up to receive reports when documents are filed in your cases and to then download those documents.

How do I log in?

You will login using the same credentials you use to log into the Secure Public Access system.

What is the purpose of this site?

The purpose of this site is to sign up to receive reports when documents are filed in public cases.

What if I can't find my case?

This service is only available for public cases so any case with restricted security will NOT be available. Examples of cases that will not show include: juvenile court proceedings, mental health commitment proceedings, adoption and paternity proceedings and domestic violence protection order files - except for the final order of the court.

If you need assistance finding your case number, you should contact the Clerk of Court for the county in which your case is filed.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Each subscription will become disabled after 90 days of inactivity on the case. If you wish to stay subscribed after this time, you will need to resubscribe.

If you wish to unsubscribe from a particular case there is an 'Unsubscribe' link located at the bottom of each email you receive. This link will ONLY unsubscribe you from that particular case.

Why do I have to provide my name?

This is just used to address the recipient of the email message(s).

Why do I have to provide my email address?

This is the address where you will receive the notices that new documents have been filed.

Can I provide multiple email addresses?

At this time, each email address will require its own subscription.

What address will the notices come from?

The notices will come from NoReply@ndcourts.gov. This address cannot receive emails and should not be used for communication with the Courts.

How often will I get notified?

You will receive one email for each case that has had documents filed in the past hour.
